FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What can I book online?
Only the Carnival and Christmas special events, from their pages. Newborn, maternity, gender reveal, christenings, communions and smash cake are arranged through a tailored quote: we reply within 24 hours.
How long does each session last?
Newborn 2h, maternity 90 min, gender reveal 1h, smash cake 1h, christenings and communions 4h (ceremony + studio). Indicative — we work with slow timing.
Where does the session take place?
At our studio on Via Bernardo Cavallino, Cardito (NA) or at your home, church, location of your choice. Covering all of Italy, travel arranged.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
For quote-based sessions yes, up to 48 hours before at no cost; for last-minute cancellations we keep the deposit to protect the time scheduled. Limited-place special events, such as the Christmas Photo Session, are an exception: those bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, because the slot is held for you and cannot be filled at the last minute.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. For quote-based sessions the deposit is 30% and confirms the booking, with the balance paid on the day. For special events, such as the Christmas Photo Session, you book online with a fixed 30 € deposit paid by card at the time of booking: the balance is paid on the day, depending on the package you choose.
